stars for Joanna Porter I had an issue with my emails and no claims discount not being received. I got through to a lovely woman called Joanna Porter who was more than helpful. She was so so nice and the situation was dealt with asap and sorted out within minutes, something I have never experienced from an insurance company before. We need more people like Joanna!!!!

Liberty insurance Ireland is a scam broker and nearly got me in so deep I couldn't get out. I was losing money faster than imaginable, but thankfully RESUC .ORG were able to come to my rescue I got my losses. If you're reading this and considering opening an account with this false platform, do yourself a favour and read the reviews first - I couldn't have imagined the consequences without reading. Resuc org got qualified and licensed experts whom can assist you with no hassle compared to others as no upfront cost is required. Reach out for your safety

This is not from some one who has insurance with liberty but from a past worker. Just before Christmas I lost my mother and my sister and had to take time off, I was not paid for these deaths i had to take the time off and use holidays and also advised to get sick lines to cover it and if I didn't do this I didn't get paid, I still only got paid the statutory sick pay rate. Recently my father has taken ill and is currently in an induced coma due to a heart attack and complications meaning again had to take some time off, as I am tempted worker I got a call on Thursday morning at 9.10 to inform me that Friday would be my last day. I worked these last 2 days not one message from my manager to say thank you for your work just no acknowledgement at all, I was expected to work for 2 days professionally knowing I was let go due to me taking unpaid time off to be with family. The company is loyal to no one other than it's self, if you ring and ask why has your insurance gone up the agent doesn't know, and this is because they have a script with generic answers, it really doesn't matter how many no claims bonus you have as the quote is random. If you have any since you moved to AXA or Aviva or anyone else because liberty is all about profits the customer or employee is not relevant in any way.

AVOID AVOID AVOID BIG SCAM, they were trying to scam me of 1800e out of my card 3 weeks after I paid for my policy without my knowledge, and when they didn't take it they made up a lie and cancelled my policy without me knowing until 5 days later when they sent me an email saying my policy has been cancelled and I was driving my car during that time not knowing that I'm not insured. After seeing all the reviews here I said I have to add mine too, I wish I've seeing these reviews before I dealt with them SCAM COMPANY

Absolute thieves. My car insurance doubled for no reason . We will be moving our life ,motor and house insurance to a different provider . 4 years no claims , full license for 16 years

The worst most horrible company to deal with. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. No logic, common sense or actual understanding used I when going through the complaints process. They don’t care about any of their customers. You will just get comments like we followed our process correctly. Their process does not consider there are human beings at the end of each issue, complaint raised. Never felt so upset by a company in all my life.

I was due for renewal on Sept 2023. I had called and emailed the costumer service to stop the auto renewal weeks on August coz i already bought other insurance. No answer ever. That auto renewal was actually declined coz i changed bank for some other reasons but OMG what a scary system. The costumer service just answered my email by the time that their auto renewal was declined. Their sales team were okay when you buy insurance coz its easy and fast assistance. However, with auto renewal and when you need them for a simple help, their service is awful. Very poor. 100% poor costumer service. You hardly get through them.

Horrendous customer service. Very hard to get in contact with claims advisor. Then put in a complaint and it just said they followed protocol. Honestly making a claim because of rodent damage was one of the most stressful things I have ever done. They pawned it off off on the garage. I didn’t have my car back for 5 months so all those lies on their website about sorting claims quickly is absolutely false. I will 100% not be using them again. And they to add insult to injury got my insurance renewal and it is 3 times more than last year, despite the fact I was not in an accident. Horrendous. Nobody to take responsibility because it’s just faceless people working from home not answering calls and not keeping the customer informed.I had so many problems and all they do is just back each other up. Do not use this insurance company because when you need them for something like a claim they are NOT reliable.

AVOID AVOID AVOID They are absolute cowboys Huge increases in premiums if you change your address Refused to give me my third year no claims bonus because I refused to pay the additional premium they were demanding (after already paying over 1,000 for the policy) With one month left on my policy they refused to waive the additional premium to change my address and refused to give me my three years no claims bonus which has put me back at 2 years no claims bonus The sheer greediness of this company is disgusting Customer retention is not part of their culture whatsoever

Read and share this, before you sign a contract with Liberty I can see where all those reviews are coming from. Just try to see what they do with their loyal customers. I moved to United states, and my annual contract was finished start of 2019, and after a few months i checked my Irish bank account, and they had deducted money from my account, which was a shock, as such a huge company and deducting money without my signature, call, msg, or even an email. I contacted the team and they said you had to inform us that you were moving. So I had to inform them even my annual contract finishes, otherwise they had to deduct money lifelong even if i wasnt in this world anymore, and they cant contact me by call, msg, email or signature to renew their insurance, Bravo. They still said they will deduct the money till the day i chat or tell them to cancel plus some processing fee of 50€. The worst thing i felt i did was to trust them, and get into direct debit. So never do that otherwise even your kids would be paying for your scrapped rusty car insurance after 100 yrs. I wrote this review not to say bad about anyone, but only if they were apologetic and refunded my money which i never signed or confirmed for. They are here due to their customers, and they should respect and help us in every possible way rather than taking insurance bills forever and make us regret to sign in the first place with this company. The amount they will refund in such mild cases wont get them bankrupt but at least will get them more customer confidence and we can spread their good service to others. And this issue is not one time, it was also a year ago and they haven't revised their policy, it means they are making money by such injustice means, which they dont want to revise.
