“Ordered an item for less, from another company. It didn't arrive, then order was cancelled. Reordered from Luckies. Notified every step of delivery process. Cost more but worth it for excellent service.”

“I ordered a scratch map for my niece as a Christmas present, whilst the item arrived in a timely manner it was damaged in several places. The substandard product was not suitable to given as a present for my niece. I have tried on several occasions via various platforms to contact luckies in order to resolve this issue with no response to date which is wholly unacceptable.”

“I did not receive my delivery. I have contacted them via email and online contact form but they haven’t replied. I have tried to call the company but their number is no longer in use. It’s a scam don’t order from them.”

“I have tried to unsubscribe from their newsletter tens of times on both emails I have used in the past. I've contacted them using all email addresses given online and am being completely ignored. It's not difficult, is it. Unsubscribe me, I don't want to hear from you. Can't make that any clearer.”
