I wish I could give this 0 stars. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They put a hole at the front of my wedding dress. I paid a significant sum to have my high-neck, silk wedding dress cleaned. Shockingly, they pinned the cleaning label through the top front of the dress, leaving a visible hole (picture attached after I removed the pin). You'd expect it to be placed under the arm or at the bottom, but no – it’s right in the center and middle of my dress. It's absolutely heartbreaking. I've emailed, called, and tried to reach out via their chat function on their website – all to no avail. There has been no response. The lack of customer service is astounding and unacceptable for a business in this industry. The mark is visible from a distance, particularly given the simplicity of the material and dress. This has caused immense stress and disappointment during what should have been a joyful time. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the heartbreak and choose a more reputable cleaner who values their customers and their precious garments.

APPALING SERVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THEM! 2 piece suit and a vintage jacket, gave for dry cleaning. THEY HAVE LOST THE ITEMS. Accused me of collecting it but later on agreed that somebody must have collected it instead of me. The only solution they gave is we have to wait perhaps somebody will return it. I`m SUING THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT but STAY AWAY FROM THEM TO SAVE YOURSELF ALL THE HASTLE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Have sent emails and tried calling on multiple occasion - no response - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

They doubled the cost of the cleaning for a leather and suede skirt and when i had it returned to me, it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. all the marks were still there. i've complained five times now, can't get through on the phone or web chat. Safe to say i won't be using them again.

"Entrusted my cherished Canada Goose among others to 'Luxury Dry Cleaners' with a clear 'no safety pins' plea. Returned to a melted label horror and a mocking safety pin adornment on my priciest possession, while others were spared. A baffling blend of negligence and selective hearing, or perhaps an avant-garde attempt at 'customization'? Beware, your explicit instructions may just become the punchline of their next joke."

Avoid this company at all costs; it's a SCAM. They will take your 'luxury' item and damage it, then offer to re-clean and damage it even further. When the complaint was raised via email, they asked for photos, which were provided then have yet to respond (months of waiting). There is no contact, no one answers the phone (which sounds redundant when called), and their website is bogus, too, that has a chatbot and never a human. I am still waiting for my refund for the damage they caused. This company is excellent at damaging and not taking any responsibility, reported to relevant trading services. IT IS A JOKE OF A COMPANY.

We had used this place for years, until they recently “lost” a £380 dress. The owner said that the matter was being “dealt with directly by [him]”. One month after the dress was lost (and after countless shop visits, emails and calls), he promised the matter would be “resolved tomorrow by 5pm” if all negative online reviews were removed. He also threatened legal action for those reviews. So we removed the reviews. We suspect he has also made complaints about the reviews on platforms (like this). That was four weeks ago and he still hasn’t paid. So he was simply lying to get the review down and has not evidenced any progress. This guy and this shop is a complete mickey mouse outfit that is best avoided and will inevitably end up on a consumer watch TV show. We have complained to the Police and Trading Standards

They didn't give salary to their employees on time I work there from 8 August to 11 September still I don't get my salary.i call every day but they didn't answer my call.i face this problem! i pay my university fees and I am waiting for my salary.

This place is running a scam where they sell (or at least lose) high value clothing. We dropped a dress here several weeks ago. Each day we come in and are told “we need two more days” (endlessly) or “you must email the purchase receipt of the dress” (which we have). We have met two other customers at the till in the same situation. We are filing a police complaint.

Kevin, For pick up orders you do not need to amend the order on your end as we always double check & correct any error on orders before processing the orders. Once the order is ready for delivery you cannot amend the order but only the delivery date/time. We no longer provide phone support since October 1st for online orders, only via email or webchat. Thank you.

All the washing was perfect when returned. But it was advertised as 24 hour return. It took 2 days to return.

Sometime ironed shirts that I ordered were not perfectly ironed, still remaining some wrinkles.

Neveah, I can see the order you have placed is for the 5 shirts offer. The shirts are machine finished compared to hand finished shirts. As we receive large quantities of shirts daily on that offer we steam the shirt on a shirt finishing machine which does sometimes causes creases. We are looking to improve and add new state of the art machines coming Q1 2023 which will improve the quality.
