“Have bought a sample package I was impressed so I went ahead and spent another £40 on a full size package. On the 28th June ORDER #15415 was confirmed but it never arrived. I have a folder full of emails promising investigation with the courier and replacements being sent but nothing, and now they just ignore me. Totally useless! Products are ok, but buy at your peril because if they aren't delivered they don't give a monkeys!”
“If I could give them zero I would. Ordered on August 3rd. Send them messages on Facebook, Instagram and email to ask where my package was as it was the 23rd August at this point. They responded saying they would look into it. 3 weeks a total of 6 weeks since I ordered I have not received anything I purchased and they have now resulted in ignoring all my messages asking for a refund. My tracking number clearly states that my order hasn't even left their warehouse yet. Please pay with PayPal so you can at least have a better chance of a refund! Shocking customer service.”

“1st box of products didn't arrive, 2nd box arrived but was sent to wrong address by DPD , when I eventually tracked box to a neighbour 2 items had no labels, I messaged them for them to say new labels would be sent, 1 week later no labels, I requested a refund and return label, they told me " we don't provide return label for outside mainland" but return it and they would give me the cost they sent it at even know its costing me double to return,,, were does any of this say on the return policy on their page? Just because I live in Northern Ireland do they think I'm on the other side of the world?. If ur return policy says a label will be sent then it should be sent,,, time to review and reword ur online policy. We most certainly will not be using or endorsing these products at our car shows !!!!!! Terrible experience from start to finish.”

I have been an happy customer Since 2016. I Always speak good off Madcow’s Products to the car people i know. Madcow “WAS” until now my favorit car detaling Company. This time sadly the service from madcow is really bad… I made an order 27-03-2022 and stil i havent Got any package from Them yet. You dont g’et an track and trace so you do not even know if the package has been sent or not. My Last order also had delivery issues in december 2021, only Got it at last after many messeages. I have contacted Them on mail “no answer” I have contacted Them on Facebook “again no answer when your pacage is missing” I have contacted Tom the owner “answering in the start, never came with an solution, and now he also doesent answer” Conclusion madcow is no longer what it used to be. so do “NOT” waste your money on Them… So now im missing an pacage, or an refund on £119.28. Order: 14727”
“Tom has a serious attitude problem and I’m very surprised he has any kind of business with the way he speaks to people. I placed an order on 4th March which was missing products when delivered. I contacted Tom who said he would send the missing products to me that day. Nearly 2 months down the line and I still haven’t received the products I was missing. I am constantly ignored by Tom, and only when my partner got involved to message him he gets a response stating he didn’t send the products as I left a negative review. That negative review was left 11 days after Tom promised to send the missing products and so quite clearly this is just an excuse. He has now blocked us from contacting on any social media platforms. So Tom I’m sure you’ll be happy to see another negative review caused by yourself, and I look forward to seeing you in person, at your shop, where you can’t ignore me.”
“I ordered on March 6, March 26 from the company a letter that they sent, there is still no confirmation from DPD, he does not answer letters, when you write on instagram to figure it out, he blocks you, people always read Trustpilot and do not buy anything from him if you want problems”

It’s a shame, my valeter swears by the product and the one order I did get shipped the product quality is good. Just a shame so unreliable. Will be asking for refund.”

Have had to chase continually since placing order on 2nd May to be met with smart-a*se comments from someone who clearly needs some training in customer service and the treatment of customers.
Was told on one occasion (after chasing and not receiving shipping notification) it had been shipped but returned to consignee and on the second occasion was provided DPD details for delivery which when used to track show my order has not even left their warehouse.
The "customer service" is atrocious! I can't comment on the quality of the goods as I still haven't received my order!”
