“Placed an order before 10am and paid for next day delivery, order did not arrive next day, called them and they said they had 300 orders to post out that day and mine did not get sent out, not very happy.”

Please let me restate our apologies for the delay in despatch. As explained at the time, an unexpected and overwhelming number of orders received into our warehouse temporarily disrupted our usual same-day despatch service. This was an isolated situation, with the backlog quickly resolved. We have refunded your carriage cost to compensate for the slight delay. “Sometimes a little more care could be made. I ordered 2 rocker top plates and these were in a bag on nuts and bolts hence both bent and a little scratch on one. Although I managed to fix the bends somewhat the scratch I'll live with for now. The package wasn't damaged but contents were”

“When I rocked up at Swavesey with a shopping list of nearly 50 items, I could see the look of horror on the face of the chap who just happened to be behind the counter that morning. With hindsight it would have been better for all concerned if I had used "Click and Collect", but I wasn't aware this service was available until I had arrived. Give him his due he ploughed through the list and within no time at all we were on our way. He only missed one item, which I have subsequently ordered on line, which isn't bad, bearing in mind that there were nearly 50 items. So fair play to him for his help in picking up my errors in some of the codes, his dedication and thoroughness.”
