“Unfortunately the spares I purchased wer the wrong ones, which was a disappointment as they were incorrectly marked up in their stores department which meant I had to return the items and get the parts from another supplier which cost me time and money.”

“Placed an order before 10am and paid for next day delivery, order did not arrive next day, called them and they said they had 300 orders to post out that day and mine did not get sent out, not very happy.”

Please let me restate our apologies for the delay in despatch. As explained at the time, an unexpected and overwhelming number of orders received into our warehouse temporarily disrupted our usual same-day despatch service. This was an isolated situation, with the backlog quickly resolved. We have refunded your carriage cost to compensate for the slight delay. “As of march 5 I still have not received my order of feb 20. It has apparently cleared customs but no delivery yet. Out of mgoc control but nevertheless it’s frustrating and makes one who lives in US hesitant to order parts from across pond. Price is good tho.”

“Products quality is variable and website descriptions are poor so I often use other smaller providers who are better but have less range. Delivery service from MGOC is good and that is helped by the improvement in Royal Mail. MGOC is the only supplier thast I have had to return several items for poor quality or wrong description of vehicle identification.”

“This review is for a replacement offside front wing. It arrived within 24 hours of placing my order. The cardboard box which contained the wing was undamaged but upon opening the box there was only one extra piece of protective cardboard merely to try and stop the wing moving around. It didn't. Very poor packaging caused a slight bend in the rear lower edge and a kink in the lip. Poor welding has left pitting on the outside surface which I did not expect to find which will mean extra work after flatting the surface in preparation for bare metal treatment etc. In no way did I expect to find very poor packaging from what is supposed to be a reputsble source. Very disappointed as other spare parts ordered have been top notch.”
