Really good efficient service but I thought the postage was a little steep for the 2 little rubber items I ordered but I do understand you have to have set postage costs. Thanks

Sometimes a little more care could be made. I ordered 2 rocker top plates and these were in a bag on nuts and bolts hence both bent and a little scratch on one. Although I managed to fix the bends somewhat the scratch I'll live with for now. The package wasn't damaged but contents were

Seem to have most parts of good quality and at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

Eventually the washer motor worked after some gentle tapping ,to long in storage?? No instruction that with a positive earth vehicle ( 1967 MGB Roadster) the inlet and outlet are reversed.

MGOC Spares always provide a prompt efficient service. I think you need to be cautious about the quality of the parts because there is an increasing amount of cheaply manufactured bits entering the classic car supply chain. An example being the MGC 1969 model year heater valve. I have fitted 3 and they have all failed so am running a machined MGB valve I would welcome the provision of more MGC specific parts. Many items are no longer available. For instance the brake master cylinder cap seal. I recently had 5 bespoke ones made but it would have been much cheaper per unit to make 100! (I supplied 1 of the 5 to Simon Wilkinson at Colne Classics) I would also welcome it if your accessory catalogue included more upgrades for the MGC. It is widely accepted that this model was rushed to market without sufficient development. There are therefore a range of improvements that will cost me a lot to bespoke engineer but would be cost effective at scale. Car on the good work David Millet

Always the best place to start the search for parts. Prices are very similar to other suppliers and quality is good.

Items ordered are rapidly sent The website is very clear 2 recommandations which could improve the customer position: 1. On the website, specify the number of items needed (eg screws, washer…) 2. All screws, washers when dispatched are in the same bag. We could spend several hours to separate such items and sort to put it together That is to say, use of a specific bag for each item but probably an additionnal cost

Always use MGOC Spares, however I did have a problem this time around as they sent the wrong item, which had unfortunately been picked incorrectly. To MGOC credit, they quickly rectified the issue and sent out the correct item.

Great idea to be able to buy gift vouchers for spares and accessories but it would also be useful to be able to purchase ones for use on the workshop side as apparently they aren't transferable.

My order was supplied next day, but there was a problem with the throttle cable. I have an unrestored 1970's Midget which I have owned since 1976 and found that the outer cable was exactly the correct length, but the inner was just too short to connect. When I first contacted the club the two people I spoke to were unable to help, as they weren't able to check stock. I then spoke to Tim Clay who found that the bin had a mix from two suppliers. Tim then sent me the correct length cable and I have the car working perfectly again.

Very quick turn around. Sent my tacho for exchange and had my item tracked with royal mail. Within 2 hours of receiving my item I received a phone call to confirm it had been delivered and arrange the exchange to be sent to me. This was delivered by 10 am the following day. Really happy with the service from MGOC spares team. Also glad it was packaged in a waterproof bag as the DPD driver left it on my doorstep.

Always good service products well packed and delivered in a timely manner. One item not delivered 2 float chamber seals, not heard anything since, would be helpful to know when they will arrive. Good job they were not urgent.

Decent range of parts. Helpful customer service reps. Pity export duties to the eu isn’t taken at point of sale but apart from that I’m happy with them as a supplier.

Order 330586-3 Radiator didn’t seem to fit had to elongate the Mounting Bracket holes, alternator missing woodruff key? And a cover screw missing? After a short telephone conversation I was asked to send photos. This I did the same day but heard nothing since. Radiator is in and working as it should as is the alternator. I have a selection of woodruff keys so had one to fit also a a good selection of screws to replace the missing one from the alternator. So all ok in the end but expected better from our club spares department. Kind regards Marek.
