Hello Denis, Thank you for your feedback. We have shipped to France before without a problem. Some countries have restrictions on imports of certain goods or have import requirements. We make our best efforts to let you know if there will be any issues with the goods you have purchased, but we cannot be responsible for the laws of your country or the decisions of your customs officials, which is why we have all international orders sign a customs form so you are aware before we ship. Can you tell customs it is a personal use product and not related to a company? Do you need additional documentation from us? Let us know what we can do to help you. “I contacted Miridia after ordering a laser pen because it had not yet arrived. I was surprised it seemed to be taking quite a while to get to me. As it turned out I had missed an email requiring action in my part. Once I completed the necessary actions my order was shipped that day and arrived to me before the end of the week. I was really pleased with the service I received and the prompt delivery!”
