“Would have been 5 stars, but for how much I paid for this plate, I was expecting screws to go with it. Very disappointing.”

“I thank you for the prompt delivery. I am still waiting for someone to fit them. They came withi two screws each handle but neither fit. So I am waiting for someone to come and help me. I guess they will have to be cut off, but as I am 87 and partially sighted nothing is easy.”

“Excellent product and customer services . I had a small issue with the colour tone between the two types of handles I purchased. I used the live chat and a solution was offered straight away by means of another product. We decide to keep the original as handles were not located next to each other so difference in colour brass tone would be noticed. I would definitely buy sis in with confidence as to quality price and customer services if you have any issue or queries. Thank you”

“The order contained incorrect items, someone else had part of my order. Contacted More Handles and arranged for the items to be collected. My correct items didn't arrive, I had to chase 3 times with phone calls and an email. Finally received the product.”

Hi Louise, Thank you for your review. I can only apologise for the issues with your order, I completely understand your frustration. Initially there was a mix up with the packages when dispatching from ourselves with DPD, this led to the items going to the wrong address. The moment we realised the error, we arranged the collection of the goods to be delivered to yourself, however the collection failed and the items weren’t collected. Please accept my sincerest apologises regarding the string of issues with the order, this isn’t the level of service we strive to provide. Hi, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. Our delivery charge of £5.40 plus VAT is designed to cover the cost of postage along with the packaging and the time cost involved. We are looking to review and reduce these costs to the customer where possible, for example on larger orders above £49 + VAT we do offer free shipping.
