“After an initial hiccup which was a result of Royal Mail and a staff member who forgot to ring me back, Carl the account manager saved the day with excellent customer service. It was only a small order and he could have just brushed the problem aside but he didn't, he went out of his way to make sure I got the goods I needed. Thank you for going that extra mile.”

“Perfect locks and fitted lovely, unfortunately the keeps were not used as they were too deep and the doors rattled so I used our old ones, but this was not a big problem therefore I am very happy with my purchase. I would say that the screws supplied were modern Phillips type and did look out of place so I bought some dome headed screws that were more suitable.”
