“My refinance process was amazing! Joey, my #1, was super friendly and always kept me in the loop. Even when Joey's job was done, his colleagues were equally as pleasant! He still kept in touch with me even though he didn't have to. My first time lending experience was awful. I just thought that was how the process worked, but now I know better!”

“From start to finish, we were taken care of like we were family. We had some hurdles during the process, but we never felt the effort of battling those hurdles because of our fantastic team. They took every hurdle on themselves and made them transparent to us. This was one of the easiest and best transactions we’ve ever done. We highly recommend Finify and will be sharing our works and experience with friends.”

“From start to finish the people at Finify have been amazing. I had a few hurdles and they did their best. They went above and beyond and were very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I just closed on a house today and it could of gone any better. If they needed something they let you know. Joey and Christine have been a great team and anybody would be lucky to work these awesome people. Very communicative was a HUGE piece of why this worked. “Joey and Christine were absolutely amazing to work with. We had an incident with our loan (at no fault of theirs) and they were willing to work with me and problem solve on getting the loan to go through. They were in constant communication and really went above and beyond. I work for Amazon which is supposed to be “the most customer obsessed” company in the world and I will tell you Joey and Christine both know what it means to be customer obsessed. They explained things thoroughly, educated me and answered all my questions whichever also listening to my worries. I am so thankful this was the team I worked with during this process and I cannot recommend them or sing their praises enough.”

“Although my last re-fi was ultimately successful and saved me enough money to make the "pain worth the pleasure", when my son, a finify employee, suggested I try again only a year or so later, I was VERY skeptical. I'm happy to say that my experience could not have been better! Yes, I was a better client this time because so many of the documents I needed to collect were already "near the top of the pile". But the patient, friendly, helpful attitude exhibited by both Joey and Amanda was beyond reproach and made my experience not just financially rewarding, but easier than I ever could have imagined was possible. So happy to resoundingly recommend this great company!”

“Working with Finify (Mortgage 365) was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I specifically worked with Terrisa Reeves and Christine Kovacs, and to say that went "above and beyond", is an understatement. I met Terissa after responding to a Finify ad on Facebook. I was going through an extremely complex, high-conflict divorce at the time that I reached out to her, and I was looking for advice about re-financing vs. selling and buying a new house. I wasn't the perfect client to work with at the time, and actually wasn't eligibelt to re-finance my house due to the ongoing divorce proceeding. But, instead of turning me away like several other mortgage companies had, Terissa took the time to listen to and assess my situation. She gave me immediate, actionable steps that I could take to improve my profile and position myself better for a successful re-fi. We scheduled time to follow-up a few months later - once I was able to start the re-fi process post-divorce. Terissa earned a customer for life by treating me with courtesy and teaching me about what I could do to have a successful experience working with her. When I reached out to Terissa a few months later, the timing still wasn't right for my re-fi - and again, she worked with me and stuck with me rather than giving me the "courtesy rejection". Finally, the day came when she felt comfortable, based on her expertise, to start my re-fi as she knew my numbers were where they needed to be in order to close the loan! Then my identity was stolen. Without mussing a beat, Terissa stuck with me and advised me how to get through the situation while still being able to move forward. When it was time for Christine to enter the picture and help us move the loan forward, she took command of the process and helped us get to the finish line. Hurdle after hurdle that were unique to my divorce decree and financial obligations were cleared....I'm sure behind the scenes things were stressful, but Christine and Terissa always kept their cool with me. They were honest, they offered creative solutions that were in my best interests, and they were always looking out for me. The loan closed in one month and allowed me to meet my financial goals and then some - including paying off significant obligations from my divorce that ultimately allowed me to keep my house and give my children a huge sense of security. Terissa and Christine made it fun and lighthearted. I told them both that they are more that just mortgage professionals - they are literal miracle-worker-life-savers that positively impacted my life and children's' lives. I will be their client for life, and they are already working to help me achieve my next mortgage-related goals! “Joey Revier is a rockstar of service. We started off with a tricky situation regarding nontraditional income sources, but Joey was patient and helpful until we found a way to make things for our refi. We got a great rate with low fees, and the process didn’t take long at all even with our unique situation. Everything happened exactly along the timeline Joey and Amanda (our awesome loan processor) said it would. I will go to Joey at Finify the next time we have a reason to finance like this again. Highly recommend!!!”

“This was our first home purchase and we came in not knowing much of anything. Our loan officer Joey was incredibly patient and informative helping us learn how the whole thing works. He really went above and beyond in every way possible! I'd happily recommend Joey to anyone looking to purchase a home and we will absolutely be working with him again in the future!”
