“I wish I could give you a 5 but you offer very few ways to contact you other than by email. I would like to be able to pick up a phone and call someone or chat live with a human being when I have a question. I had to send an email and wait for a response.”

“I only rated this a 4 because I've only been taking it for a month. I had to start out on a super low dose and just this week got to a full tablespoon. My digestive system has settled down a bit, so I'll continue and see how it goes. I know it was recommended for at least 3 months, so keeping my fingers crossed!! Thanks!”

“The products themselves are phenomenal. Sharp Mind and Cell Protect are as close as we'll probably ever get to the fictional "NZT" from the movie Limitless. The prices are a tad high but mostly worth it. The subscription service is quite clunky. Scheduled transactions have failed more often than they've succeeded, and manually retriggering a failed scheduled run isn't an option. This leads to a desire to just delete a scheduled item and re-add, which can't be done from entirely within the scheduled items UI (you have to go back to the main site).”
