“This is a fanctastic company and a great website where we order our little Maltipoo's dog food from! Items are delivered next day and always packaged very well. Can't ask for much more. And if ever there's been an issue it has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Couldn't reccomend enough!”

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you felt our customer service was rude and horrible, we've looked into this and it seems that you're unhappy because your parcel was delivered and left safe as per your request but since your parcel has gone missing. As per our and DPD's terms and conditions you the customer take liability for the parcel once it has been delivered in a safe place. Which we explained to you and can be found in our terms and conditions. We also checked with DPD and they confirmed your parcel was delivered to the correct address. After this you then sent inappropriate messages to our customer service team which is unacceptable. Thanks, My Pet Warehouse UK
