“Purchased a domain, but told to pay £200 more to register it
So let me get this right. I purchase a .co domain, money taken. Then 2 days later i get an email to say that my domain purchase was actually not allowed to go through because it was a premium .co domain. And if i want it i have to pay £200 +.
That is not my fault. Why advertise it a low cost?
1) Your system should not have allowed me to purchase it. You should change your system to actually what a customer can actually purchase and register.
