Take order charge your card, create shipping label and days later no order update on shipping or status. If you don't have it in stock say it. Also on purchase Oasis should detail delivery UPS, Amazon, USPS.... Very skeptical of this company and this is second time this has occured.

Horrible customer service. I have called, emailed, used their text and my two orders have not shipped even though they said they did. I have tracking numbers and FedEx only shows labels created. Stay away from this company!

These people are outright Liars. They took my money before they knew whether they had my items. They then gave me a fake Fed X tracking number and said that Fed X must have lost my product. Then I asked when I was going to get my items and they said next week, where out. When I called them on their lie, their customer service person basically tried to infuriate me. I wouldn't do business with this dishonest company again.

waited 3 weeks never shipped they emailed me, they received the wrong type of chips to ship I cancelled

Ordered tonic - a bottle was badly broken and all the other 23 bottles were sticky and covered in tiny shards of glass and glass dust. It took me a very long time to separate out all the pieces of glass, which I had to do outside (in the middle of winter when there was snow) because I have a puppy. I then had to wash each glass individually to get rid of the stickiness and glass dust. I cut my hand and it was generally a pretty awful experience. I called Oasis Snacks who seemed to focus entirely on the part where I said 'one' bottle had broken - they explained they would refund that bottle plus a bit extra and refunded 20%. I did not feel that it was reasonable as I'd rather not have had the tonic at all than had to deal with it all. Wouldn't ever use again.

I’ve ordered raspy iced tea twice and both times the package was “damaged” so I didn’t get anything. So here’s my advice: file a claim with the shipper and send out a replacement order. And, if necessary, get a new shipper. This is Customer Service 101

Potato chips came crushed. One bottle of seltzer broke. Their shipping packaging is poor. This should not happen. I won’t be back.

I never got the order, after a month of false promises of shipment my money was returned with no explanation. I had to call to find out why and fedex directed me to Oasis for the answer.

Didn't have it but took my money and after a week still didn't tell me it wasn't in stock, I had a shipped notice and when nothing showed up after a week, contacted them to find out it was out of stock and then they refunded upon my request-

Several weeks went by from my order date, got the shipping notification but then it said it was delivered to someone in NYC, when I live in Texas. When I inquired it took 4 days for a response and was told my item was damaged in transit...I could get a refund or it would be resent Total debacle....won’t order from u again

The bottles was package in a huge box no support and one piece of thin tape across the top of the huge box. Several bottles were missing. Poor service

In short- I purchased a case of drinks, company shipped wrong product. I called to complain and see what needed to be done about getting the actual product I ordered. The customer service lady said she couldn’t make a new order on the phone and I would have to go online and re-order. Hmmmm. Company screws up and customer has to do all the work. Screw yall and bye!

Selected a product which was marked in stock on your website. Paid for the product and recieved confirmation from Oasis of the order. Received an email that the product would be delivered on a certain date and when the date arrived with not delivery, I telephoned Oasis about the delay. I was informed that the product was out of stock but was expecting the product to be restocked in a couple of days. Waited two days no product, requested a refund. Ordered the item from another company.
