“Managed to get my quote down to last years level. Would have preferred not to spend time doing this and getting the right quote in the renewal price. My agent Joel was great.”

“I spoke to a great customer service person EF3 and he explained everything very clearly. Basically I was enquiring as to how changing my direct debit date would affect my payments. I was dubious of online customer service chat but it worked out fine.”

“I was happy But i would of been happier if i was the only person llana was chatting to instead of several people at the same time I know this was not her choice its the company she works for But one converstion took nearly an hour Because the poor woman was trying to deal with several people at the same time”

“MX2 - very helpful and answered my queries. I was looking on the site to call someone - but couldn't find a number to call. I joined the 'online call' wait - I was 25th in line! My place in line soon went til I was 1st in line ... felt like winning the Mums running race at Nursery!! My renewal is all sorted - being £102.58 cheaper ... all for making a 'call'! This was also explained to me when I asked! Totally worth the wait and a little win for me ... I'll make myself a winners badge now :). Thankyou MX2”
