“HE4 Harry E was very helpful and processed my request and refund. They gave me more time as I struggle with information processing so accommodated for that. They were great and appeared friendly too. Keep up the good work!!! The live chat itself was a bit of a pain and the previous agent/handler closed my chat even though I responded saying I was still there and considering the information Paige S had sent me. This was a little frustrating as I had to go through the whole system again. Much easier to speak to people on the phone! Alex B.”

“NO2 covered all of the issues raised but end cut off came before I had chance to say that the card that covered the payment last year is no longer being used and new card payment details will be required upon renewal.”

“I needed to transfer my insurance to a new vehicle and AP7 was very quick at responding to any query I had. I do normally refer to speak to an agent so that is why I have given 4 stars otherwise everything went well with the conversation.”
