“My insurance was previously done by my ex. I was nit aware of the process. Once I got my login I successfully submitted my new insurance. This was a massive feat for me. I felt extremely proud of doing it.”

“Great customer service and frienfly staff. Only let down is charges for "changes of policy" - £42.50 - if "automatic" searches find trivial application errors... such as incorrect windcsreen claim dates offered in good faith.. If not for that....”

“Very quick and easy to use web portal based system. Chat was answered very quickly and all information requested was provided by a very helpful administrator. Good policy detail inly down side is the Excess is very high (not voluntary)”
