“i like it, wish 1) They were a bit less expensive, (I get it, capitalism, sell one for the price of two and work half as hard for the same amount of money). less expensive and I would buy it for all my children (3) and my girlfriend as well. Christmas gift even. But not at that $ 2) I didn't understand that the clock picks the music you wake up to arbitrarily. You can listen to all that it offers, but you cannot select only the ones you actually like. (I think, I'm technology-challenged)”

“The customer service is an absolute pleasure, Jamie returned my email everytime within the hour. The site had a 20% off discount and free two day shipping, I emailed him and told him I was out of town for a few days but wanted to take advantage of the sale, he held product for me and shipped so it arrived as requested. The Clock is Gorgeous, solid great timeless design, brass finish is stunning and the walnut wood is perfect, my favorite thing is just tap night-stand (not even clock) and night light comes on. I did have an issue with downloading new playlist into clock, but , realized that the clock needs to be disconnected from computer till app loads, then connect and new playlist downloads in ten minutes. the clock alarm is great, never jarring but love to wake up to a new sound every day. This is not as edgy or groundbreaking as Loftie or Hatch, but, I see this on my nightstand forever, simple, beautiful and get the job done right. Built to last.”

“Your company has provided me with consistently good customer service, especially while handling a warranty issue I had with a Kickstarter unit. The alarm feature had stopped working. Polly helped me download the One Clock Installer app, but the app could not "find" my device. Polly told me this sometimes happens with the early units and she promptly arranged a return. The returned clock arrived at your receiving location. After several days, I inquired about the repair status. Apparently, my returned unit could not be located, so Polly promptly sent me a new one. I am once again enjoying my One Clock!”

“My husband was tired of dealing with cheap alarm clocks. I have to say not everyone likes to be attached to their phones these days and use them for an alarm clock as well. So he went on a hunt for the best alarm clock available. Upon finding One Clock, he was convinced that he had found the "Holy Grail" of alarm clocks. He was a little hesitant about the cost, so I bought one for his birthday which is coming up. I took a peek and was impressed with the design and quality of the clock. Will update my review once I see how much he loves it. 😀”

“I really love the alarm clock so far. The music is a very soothing way to wake up and start my day. I’m torn on whether I want there to be a snooze button. Part of me wants it so I can sleep in for a few extra zzzzzs but part of me is glad it isn’t there as it generally forces me to wake up. The only very small critiques I have, if you can call them that, are that it can be difficult to get the time exact to the minute, as the minute hand is a bit jerky. Also the clock has become my 1 year old daughter’s favourite toy. She is constantly changing the time on me! It would be nice if there was a lock to keep children from messing with it, but it’s a very minor issue.”

“I originally purchased my OneClock about two years ago. About two months ago, the alarm stopped working. Given the length of time, I was aware that the 18-month warranty had expired. I contacted Customer Service to inquire about getting my clock repaired. The Service Representative, Polly, did research my order to confirm that the warranty period was over, but that OneClock offers a repair service for $50. I agreed to this, received the shipping label, packed the clock per the instructions, and mailed the defective clock to be repaired. Polly did indicate an approximate 3-week turnaround period for repairs. After 5 weeks or so, I had not heard anything regarding the status of my clock. Polly quickly researched the issue and surmised the clock may have gotten lost in being repaired. To that end, Polly and OneClock replaced my broken OneClock with a new one. Based on my interaction with OneClock, and Polly in particular, I have a positive opinion of OneClock and would recommend them to my friends and family when and if they are looking for a new alarm clock.”

“When my original One Clock was having an issue, the company was very good about helping me to replace it. I bought it when it was on Kickstarter, so it's great that they treat us with special care. Hoping no one else has had the issue I had with my clock which was the alarm would turn itself off before going off.”
