“Love what you're doing—it's a great and really important product and fills a clear gap in the market for alarm (ahem, "waking") clocks. I'm definitely concerned about your longevity—does seem like a niche product and I'd love for you guys to stay around for a while. I'd like to know that I can get repair service as needed in the future, since this is a $300 product. I could see these making their way into boutique hotels or high-priced AirBnB's like one I stayed at for a big reunion last year (with really high-end coffee equipment), *except* that the controls for using the One Clock aren't super-intuitive for first-time users. So, even as I imagine that corporate accounts like that could be a nice fit with good volume sales (i.e., furnishing all the rooms in a boutique hotel), I'm pretty confident that setting the alarm could be confusing for the average hotel guest not used to it. (But people probably use their phones anyway? So the clock might just be a nice piece of furniture, and if instructions are nearby and a curious guest does try it out, perhaps it would be OK.) Sorry this might be more than you were looking for but I do worry about you guys surviving every once in a while because I *want* you to keep being around! Also, I **do** wish you could get the AI remixing of your waking tracks going as first promised. I know you said you're focusing on other features for now, but I did download the new tunes (from Capt. Planet or something?) and find I prefer the originals, which seemed to play longer and felt a bit less like lounge music. The automated remixing of the tunes was a huge draw for me originally, since it meant that there would be near infinite variations of the music each morning.”
