“All the efforts went into marketing. Great job selling me on this clock, which has otherwise been a complete scam. I’m so upset and embarrassed at the money I spent thinking this clock would change my life, only to still use my iPhone as an alarm.”

“I participated in the kickstarter campaign and have not been satisfied since receiving the product. I wrote in offering to return so you could resell and was not given an option for any refund. I think the company should provide better service for customers”

“Nice materials but sad we had to hear that they switched manufacturing to China. The least they could've done is share the pricing transparency of the costs that it would've saved them or shifted the production to another date post covid if they reeeeally wanted to be an "american" built company.”

“When you figured out you couldn't deliver the USA made product as promised, you should have offered refunds. But I guess, by that point, you were looking for your next bunch of suckers.”

“I was one of the many first investors and anxiously awaited my clock. Unfortunately, I was not happy with it as I believed it was defective. Not only would it not cycle through songs, repeating some every couple of days, but months after contacting your company about my song issues, I discovered it does not hold power if there is an outage like claimed. Once the power is out, so is the clock. I contacted your company repeatedly about my disappointment and asked for a refund but was denied as you were not offering refunds for initial investors. I have not gone on any public forums to complain like many people do these days, it's not my style. Instead, I have just hoped that at some point your company would be honorable, accept my return of the clock (in it's original box) and give me a refund. Thank you, Melody Barrett”

“For the price I paid the clock doesn’t feel or look like a premium product. The paint is pitted and the speakers don’t even wake me up.”
