“I did have an issue with the adapter making a high pitched sound(still waiting on a replacement) and a few times now I have had the alarm set and on and the volume up but the alarm never went off. If I didn't have those issues and if I would've received the replacement by now it would be 5/5 stars”

“i love the wake up sounds but setting the time and the alarm is very hard. it always goes too fast and past where i want it and it requires a very nuanced amount of control to get it right. i've started using my phone again as it's easier or i leave my one clock for 1 time and any time i need to alter it i use my phone so that i can avoid trying to adjust the time.”

“I love the clock - it is well made, great quality and good design. I don’t notice any part of AI in the wake-up music though, just that it is a different track every day. OneClock also announced releasing new tracks a year ago but haven’t so far. So: design and quality and clock are really good, the rest OK-ish”

“I reached out because I am very unhappy with the “songs” for the alarm. I find them jolting and extremely unnerving/unpleasant. The person who responded seemed to be one of the founders and I felt he took my feedback personally. Not everyone is going to like those “songs.” It doesn’t matter if “Grammy award winning artists” produced them. I wish I had a choice or could’ve previewed the sounds - I never would’ve purchased the clock, which is otherwise beautiful. I honestly find them extremely unpleasant. I never use the alarm, which is what I bought it for. My heart would race for 20-30 minutes after being woken up by that. I hate all of them. For me, they’re cringe worthy sounds that I can’t tolerate. What I like to wake up to as an alarm: birdsong, soft music like a flute or harp or chimes.”
