“I think aesthetically this is an amazing clock. Mechanically it’s not really living up to the expectations. I think the gears slip when you are checking and setting the alarm. The time moves around a lot and several times the clock froze. I think they are a good company, but as it was a $300 clock, in the end I am disappointed with the long term quality.”

“We were originally sent two clocks of the wrong color. Customer service was excellent and expidited the correct color almost over night. This concept is excellent and timely.”

“I guess it’s okay, your clock is way overpriced. It’s a nice clock, I bought a refurbished clock. It came with no instructions, no paperwork whatsoever. I had to google the directions. So you get an F on that. And it was still $200.”

“I absolutely love the clock. It’s simple and practical. I’m glad I bought it. The clock is going to simplify my life. I’m horribly disappointed by the lack of instructions on how to enjoy my new clock. I got no paper written instructions. The online instructions are that good. I contacted customer service and feel my questions where not answered. I don’t know how to change the song from one song to another. Other then, that it’s a simple and wonderfully made clock.”

“The first one clock oil got off kickstarter had issues with its charger cord maintaining and receiving power. I returned it and was sent a new one that so far is working well! Thank you 😊”

“I really love my clock, and I'm pleased with the customer service. When mine stopped working, the exchange process was easy and the employees I interacted with were very helpful. I'll admit I'm a little concerned that the clock, which was not cheap, lasted less than a year -- it raises concerns about what happens if it does it again, or if it had quit at one year and one day.”

“Pricey yet beautifully built alarm clock. This is not another piece of junk, and it's a handsome addition to the sleeping room. Rugged. I am VERY disappointed to learn that we are stuck right now with only the music that is presently "in the box". When will we become able to download (presumably ??) some different kinds of music?”
