“Happy with the price of my car insurance, easy to apply for a quote and covered everything I needed covering my only disappointment was that the insurance documents were sent to my mobile and to my emails and I do not have a printer so would have preferred them to be sent by mail. Other no fault at all.”

I arrived through a comparison provider, then AFTER paying was offered numerous other additional insurances. This was misleading and i ended up buying an extra gadget insurance that was not required. Customer services were quite argumentative but did resolve the problem suitably in the end.”

“I have recently moved my car insurance to ONE PROTECT the procedure was simple and quick. I would have marked at five stars if a direct dial telephone number had been included with the policy. I understand that liaison electronically (email) reduces the cost of the quote/cover, however a safety net of an agent on the other end of a phone line would, in my opinion be an added benefit. I am aware that there is a phone contact claims number, my suggestion is for every day enquiries.”
