I used live chat with RW2 to clarify waht European cover I would get. Becca responded quickly and answered my chat and confirmed what I wanted.

“Wasnt easy at first as they needed further info from me but the email they sent didnt say what info or how I was to provide it - I did send an email back asking but had no reply (no sure if it is an auto system so if anyone even got it who knows) So to stop any further delay I went to the live chat and spoke with 'ar3' who dealt with it and If all info they gave is correct - I am back up and running and policy should be live in 30 mins.”
