Very poor quality furniture. Ordered table and chairs less than 3 months ago. Yesterday my husband (not heavy at all) sat down on one of the chairs and he was thrown to the ground as one of the legs broke. The metal had snapped! He has severely injured his lower back and bottom with heavy bruising and now cannot sit properly due to pain...contacted the company via phone call but it said inbox full..and emailed them to which we received an automated reply to say they are busy and it may take up to 5 days to respond. Do not order from here at all...very unsafe and poor quality.”

“Outdoor Lounge Covers "TWO MAN DELIVERY CHARGE"
We bought a set of outdoor Marbella seating range from Out and Out and we thought we would buy a set of covers for them at a later date. We found out that it would cost £29.99 for a "Two Man delivery" which does not make sense! We phone Out and Out and eventually after several attempts which lasted over several days they phoned back but were adamant that the delivery charge was correct. We will never buy from this company again, their customer service is appalling”
“Paid £49.99 for Assembly and on closer inspection it was a shambles. Sent an email to company with photographs and guess what NOTHING, can't get through to anyone to help me. I paid £600 for a product I am not happy with. If you are reading this OUTANDOUT, please get in touch. I would like a resolution but if I do not get one I will escalate this complaint”
“Now had 4 yes 4 Madrid tables.. all faulty.. last one deliveried today and same problem. The screws are too small and therefore cannot put legs on table.. no one cares at out and out..”
“FAKE 5 star reviews BE WARNED THIS company has no idea how to handle complaints. Inadequate on every aspect of aftercare. The company needs to be shut down or they need to contact all unhappy customers & resolve every outstanding issue as there is a lot! I’m happy to remove all my reviews when issue has been resolved. “AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We received our outdoor furniture only to find it looked like a shop second. Every piece had damage and the entire back section of the 3 seater had been coloured in with a black marker to try to hide all the paint that was missing.
We filled in the 48 hr claim form with all the pictures and after 72 hrs had passed we called them to get an update and were told we had to wait ANOTHER 72hrs for someone to call us back.
They have 3 phone extensions and no one answers any of them except option 1 who handle the outsourcing and don’t offer any reassuring customer support.
We finally got a call days later and told them we wanted a refund before they did the collection as we did not believe they would refund us based on all the negative reviews on TrustPilot. They offered a £100 refund before the collection and said the rest would be paid out after they had the goods.
Due to the fact that I did not trust them I had started a claim with PayPal as this was my payment method and they told me that this was being blocked by PayPal and they couldn’t do any refund. LIES! They tried to schedule a collection which I asked them to cancel as they hadn’t discussed any further refund options and they ignored this request. I asked them to respond to PayPals request for more detail regarding this purchase and they ignored this attempt to sort this issue and did not respond to any of PayPal’s queries.
I called and cancelled the collection myself and another subsequent attempt 2 days later was declined by myself also.
This furniture has been sitting in my living room for 5 weeks and they have ignored any requests to refund my money for the crappy goods they are trying to pass off as new.
I am happy to say that PayPal won the case and my money was refunded. Out and Out have still not discussed a refund with me and I have asked them to collect their crappy goods asap. I can guarantee they will not get back in contact with me regarding a refund from their end as they are crooks. They should not be allowed to trade as they are robbing people and putting hard working people through an extremely stressful process for goods that do not fit the bill.”

“CLAIMING ON SECTION 75 AS NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY
Ordered my item 'Palma Lounge Set' because of an offer in 'Woman and Home'. Came just over 3 weeks after ordering it. The box my table arrived in appears to have been re-opened and then taped back up again. On the outside of the box someone had written glass damaged. Contacted OutandOut reported damage on the day of delivery 24th July, 2020, it states I should get a response within 48 hours. I have heard nothing. Unable to get through and speak to someone, sent numerous emails, sent two recorded delivery letters to the CEO Daniel Fairburn, I was being reasonable by giving them 3 weeks to replace glass. No response. I have no alternative than to claim on section 75 on my credit card. Appalling customer service, would not recommend.”

CR Transport who supposedly have my order will NOT give a delivery date they just say will talk to planners etc
Now possibly next week if we are in your area surely a transport company is a delivery service no matter when....
AVOID AT ALL COSTS they have addresses in Leeds and London are associated with Holland absolute con artists have a look on companies house at them.

The product I have is very poor quality and after a few weeks even with us looking after and covering daily the seat is faded and torn on stitching. Quite likely a simple manufacturing error they could easily correct and make me a happy customer again. But for that they need to answer the phone or reply to emails.... which they simply do not. As it stands I have paid £600 for garden furniture which has lasted no more than 3 months with very little use.”

“Delivery of garden furniture on Monday happy with the product, we paid £66.00 to have it assembled, the 2 delivery men clearly had no idea what they were doing of the 6 chairs 3 are assembled correctly 2 chairs front and back legs in the wrong position and the 3rd chair had one leg completely off the ground where they have not known how to assemble them correctly. If you offer this service make sure they have training have tried ringing was told some one would contact me but still waiting.

A week later I was given a delivery date. Two days later I was told there was a distribution error and that they could not now provide a delivery date, I would have to wait a further two weeks.
Three weeks later, I have emailed them and can’t get a response.
Their customer service is non existent, I have to wait, they have my money, but I wouldn’t ever order from them again.”

“Terrible customer service. Delivery time has just been doubled and will now take 9 weeks rather than the 4 we were advised of. We would not have ordered if we knew this. 23 phones calls were unanswered, other than by the sales department, who answer every time but cannot offer any help. Countless messages and emails remain unanswered. The one time I got through to a person, with absolutely no people skills, I was advised that the emails were wrong and it wasn't her fault and I just had to keep waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”
“I placed an order on 23 April for outdoor furniture. It took 13 weeks to arrive and that was after at least 3 phone calls. In addition I ordered furniture covers which still haven’t arrived. No response from OutandOut to countless emails and phone calls.
I know the pandemic is affecting lots of suppliers but good communication with your customers would alleviate a lot of anxiety”
