“I ordered outdoor furniture in April, money taken from account but no furniture arrived. I have tried ringing over 50 times but no reply. No reply to my numerous e-mails. I will keep chasing this company for a refund or furniture but I would never order again from this company”
“I am unable to get in contact via phone email or direct message about my order. They took my money immediately then have given 0 communication since. When the pre ordered was moved from June to July I never received an update to say that was happening. As a company I would expect a bare minimum of updates (as they state they do on their website) to reassure their customers. If this is a genuine company this is a really unprofessional way to go about running your business.”
“Awful company. Made an order in May which was meant to be delivered the end of June. Since ordering and taking my money straight away I’ve heard nothing. Have made so many calls and emails to have an update with my order and get nowhere. It’s a shame and the furniture looked great for the money. Now I just have to hope I can get my money back.

We waited months for it to be delivered due to rigorous quality checks and it turned up faulty, we also ordered a cover which then took another 5 weeks to be delivered because it was sat in a warehouse somewhere and I chased it to be delivered.
I am still chasing a resolution on my complaint and faulty item, the initial response was we would send someone in 48 hours to collect it so please dismantle the item!!
After back and forth on emails and calls, we are still very much none the wiser about what is going on!!
The customer service has been extremely appalling and how they get away with it I do not know!”

“Read the bad reviews and decided to take a chance anyway. Would give minus if I could. Please pay attention and do not use this awful company. Pre ordered in April for end of May delivery. Had message from delivery company on 19 May saying delivery booked for 21st May. Then nothing. No delivery and no response from company despite emails and voice messages. Luckily I paid with credit card who have
now credited me back the money and opened dispute with the company. So disappointed as the furniture looked great and at a great price and I wanted it in time for a big family gathering. Cannot recommend this company and would definitely never even consider ordering from them again.

“Unwilling to honour frame guarantee on sofas bought 3 years ago which have defects. They agreed to replace, then became very difficult, then said they would make another offer, now gone silent and not returning emails. Been going on for over 3 months, we have to always chase. Appalling after service, silence suggests very unwilling to honour guarantee, so should be a red flag to other customers who have bought sofas. Terrible way to treat a customer. Says a lot about the business ethics. Given sufficient time so about to escalate to Resolver and/or Trading Standards etc.”

“Utter rubbish! Ordered in Feb told it would be April.. not a massive problem I was contacted by there delivery partner "Panther" and told to expect delivery on Friday. Booked the day off.... only to be told that Panther was having technical issues and the item wasn't yet in stock. Spoke to out and out and they confirmed the Panther now had the stock and the delivery was rearranged for the next Friday another days holiday booked awaited the delivery slot... 1754 message from Panther item not in stock please contact out and out to rearrange delivery!”

However, they now advertise a product, take your money, and give you a delivery date and that you will be notified of the delivery time the day before. Didn’t hear a thing so emailed them about this. Got an email saying it was out of stock. They then offered us a similar product that we were happy to buy and then a few days later emailed to say this was also out of stock. If a product isn’t in stock, please state this on your website.”
