“I hate to say this about any business but so far this business is the worst I have ever dealt with. Following an advert in the Times I ordered garden furniture (31 May 2020) and to date (23 July 2020) nothing except a couple of automated emails telling me my order is with the courier but of course when I contact the courier they say they haven't got anything . It is impossible to get any response by email or telephone so I am just left waiting and waiting..... I really wished I had paid attention to the volume of negative reviews online about OutandOut.”
“Had my garden furniture delivered. Had paid £50 for assembly but the guys were worried it would rain! So they didn’t assemble. I assembled it myself( it’s a mediocre set to be honest). All I want is my assembly money back. Have phoned twice. Have e mailed 3 times and have written a letter. Absolutely no reply to anything. I will not let it rest. I do know my consumer rights I wouldn’t bother with this company at all. They have zero customer service. I should have looked at these reviews first.”

“If there a zero star they would get it. checked stock plenty in stock ordered a set of garden furniture, they took my money and even sent me an email giving me delivery details when I phoned the delivery company they did not have the items. tried phoning outandout no answer eventually I contacted sales and i was told this item is now out of stock no phone call or refund. When I ordered new stock had just arrived according to their web page. offered refund it would take 3-5 days day 10 no refund phones arent answered emails not answered and even emailed Daniel Fairburn the owner twice not even the courtesy of a reply. avoid this company unless you want to be hundreds or thousands of pounds out of pocket. no customer service and I have seen Daniel's account blaming the virus instead of his own poor business practices. you can not enter into a contract to supply goods and fail to do so not inform the customer and fail to refund disgusting I now have to spend hours/days trying to sort this out time I do not get paid for. with the bank but court action will follow

The items took ages to be delivered and were damaged when they got here. Still not heard from them even though I have told them that I have a fault with my items and filled out their online claim form.”

I ordered the California set - avoid it like the plague. Cheap, nasty hard plastic with no give, so ultimately it'll break within no time. Arrived broken and 9 weeks late!
These guys have zero customer service, they'll tell you your order will arrive in 4 weeks and then send you automated emails saying it'll be a further 2 weeks, then a further 2 weeks again, and then a further 1 week!
If you try to call customer services, you just go through to a mailbox rather than waiting on hold. I've been calling for 6 weeks now with no one answering! I've also messaged them numerous times on facebook and instagram with no response!
The item finally arrived yesterday, but damaged, looks like to return it they slap on extra fees. But first lets hope someone actually answers the phone so i can report the item as faulty!
When i ordered online, i looked at reviews and a few were mixed, so i gave them the benefit of the doubt! Looking back i should have never ordered, waste of time and money.

“This company is terrible with non existent customer service.
I have placed 2 orders. The first is now 2 weeks late, with no word from Outandout or their courier.
The second arrived incorrect. - the cushions were the wrong colour, a good effort seeing as they were only available in 1 colour!!
You cannot get an answer on the phone & there is a minimum 5 working day wait for an email response, from my experience the response is “leave it with us” then nothing for weeks.
I currently have a massive box of incorrect furniture in my dining room and no garden furniture to sit on.
In 20 odd years of non stop internet shopping this is the worst experience I have had to suffer.
I would say avoid Outandout at all costs. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere”

Easy to buy and take your money....You will NEVER get through on the phones if you need any after sales or need to cancel your order. Avoid at all costs. Order my product, cancelled my order..(or so I thought)Have now rung EVERY day for the past 6 weeks.. Spoken to 3 girls in the sales team (funny that.. sales take your call) No one has ever called me back, I received automated emails closing my support questions.

On the afternoon of the day before delivery received a phone call saying the item was not available and would not be delivered. No explanation available. Will not be re-ordering.”
