“Beware the returns policy... We recently bought an Ercol Snuggler - after a few weeks it was evident it had no postural support at all and I developed back pain. We were outside the returns policy window and they have refused to take it back. I recommend you sit on prospective purchases for several hours and avoid the Ercol Gela range completely.”
