“I have purchased a fountain pen for my grandson. The pen is excellent BUT does not come with a small supply of cartridges. I had to place a second order (and postage) for a supply of cartridges. This is not purchaser friendly and I think you should take a look at this practice”
“Pens arrived in reasonable time frame and well presented. However, the personalisation was poor. The lettering was shaky and looked cheap. Really spoilt the nice pen set.”

My concern is whether this other pen was possibly a return and if so whilst new should have been stated as such . I don’t have time to order another from elsewhere - but not confident about ordering from this store again. First and last order.”
“Purchased refills for our fountain and roller ball pens. Ordered and they came the next day. Not the easiest refills to find but others do stock them. Rating is low due to the issue that we did not get any "options" on postage - considered this too expensive. Would have been happy to wait for delivery (not in a hurry) and pay less for it. Would prevent us ordering from The Pen Shop again - Cost for postage was forced on us which is utterly unacceptable but we could not stop the order. Shame really, we appreciate postage is unavailable sometimes but.....nearly £4 for two tiny items!”
“I would of given this pen 5 stars as its a beautiful gift and well engraved.
How ever I laid £15 for 5 letters for engraving and I thought gift wrapped however the len came unwrapped? Invest in more packaging as the box came all bashed in at the bottom, shame as it was a present”

We are very sorry to hear that the box the pen arrived in was damaged, we assume this happened during transit as it would not have been sent out in such as condition.

“the pen was great , my brother was very happy with the gift.
However he did not recieve it on time, it was a day late.
The package had obviously become wet at some point. the address was barely legible . I have been trying to send a picture of the package to no avail. With out the trusted post man who thought it could be mine I am sure I would not have recieved it at all.”
