“Used their own downloadable pc app called Photobook Designer but then was unable to upload the completed book. After several calls to their "Customer Services" (only open for 2 hours a day), it turns out that they advise people not to use the app! The only way to make the book now is to go through the whole process again using their web app. Very poor.”
