“The dispatch was quick. However the pillow doesn’t live up to expectations as it goes very flat and is not as luxurious as I had hoped it would be for such a lot of money. The cost of returning it is prohibitive.”
Hi Jill Thank you for your feedback. I see you bought the Goose Down pillow by Laura Ashley. Please remember that all feather pillows need regular plumping to keep them from going flat. This puts the air back into the pillows and adds fluffy comfort. Hope this helps - happy sleeping Zzz
