“I really rate this service! Delivery was quick, as expected. Everything was in perfect condition once it was delivered, still all fully frozen.
I ordered a mixture of snacks and meals. In all honesty. After seeing the amount of veggies in the meals I didn’t think my little boy would touch it but to my surprise he’s loved them all and eat them no problem!! It makes me feel so much better knowing he’s eating more veg in these meals. Really convenient, the snacks only take 30 seconds to heat in the microwave. My only frustration is with the meals, when they’re cooked as per the recommendations they take ages to cool down but I know now to cook them more in advance. I’ve already recommended to friends!”

I would have rated better but I had two problems:
- I did not receive one of the snack that I ordered , when I raise the issue they gave me the money back but I would have prefer the food as I need to cook for my baby
- I bought the apple muffins which my kid adores and in the pack says that it should contain 4 servings but I have got only 9 muffins so I think it can not be right
But the food is really good, I have just wished that they could have more option for non dairy”
Thanks for your kind words and feedback. We're really sorry that a couple of things didn't meet your expectations. The reason we refund a meal or snack is because we cannot send just one meal in a box as it would defrost in transit due to our box sizing and dry ice we pack with. Unfortunately, pack errors do happen from time to time although we appreciate this isn't always ideal! We'll certainly feed this back to the team.
For the muffin servings, we pack based on weight, so there will always be 200g in the pack with 50g per serving however sometimes this ranges between 9-11 muffins.

“My little one loves these and have made meal times drama free-perfect size,nice to look at and full of goodness-they are always finished!Tried a few other brands and they are not a patch on taste,quality or packaging. Love that there are no nasties in them and all conveniently frozen.I also love that there is no plastic and they are fully recyclable too!
Discount with subscription has made these affordable for us and I only wish I had found pots for tots quicker.
