“Overall we are delighted with the service we have received from Quality Diamonds. We have now purchased both the engagement and wedding rings from QD. The office in Milton Keynes made it really simple to go in and try the rings, sizes, shapes etc. Always received a professional and courteous service and delivery of goods always on time. All in all we are both extremely happy with our purchases for both quality of service and cost saving!”

“When I first started researching engagment rings I was overwhelmed by the different options and places and didn't know where to start. I was also confused about what to look for in a ring and a diamond. The Quality Diamonds website was the most useful and informative and I would definitely recommend using the ring builder service to find what you want within your budget. When I made the appointment to see similar diamonds I met Eric who was very proffesional and not pushy like some sales people can be. In fact it more like a consultation than a sales pitch, very comfortable and no pressure! Eric helped me find the best diamond for my budget, and a week or so later it was ready. Can't fault the service, price or quality. Very happy!”

“Quality Diamonds provided me with great customer service from the day I requested a free ring sizer to the day the ring was delivered. They communicated with me very well and provided me with exactly what they say they would for half the price in the shops! Cannot fault them in any way.”

“Like many men, the concept of buying a diamond engagement ring was a pretty daunting one. Having found Quality Diamond's website and then being able to navigate so easily to find something I knew she would like and tailor it to suit my price bracket, was a breath of fresh air! My initial concern of buying from a website was quickly dashed as soon as I picked up the phone and arranged an appointment to visit the store. Every step of the way I was greeted with a friendly face offering lots of help and advice and it wasn't long before I made my choice and placed the order. In 7 days, the ring was ready and my jaw dropped! I can't wait to offer the ring to my (hopefully soon to be) fiancé! Thank you all at Quality Diamonds!”

“The QD consultant never tried to upsell us or to exceed the budget and was very helpful and clear about the process. We felt that we were being guided towards the best diamond that we could afford within our stated budget. He managed to remove the anxiety and apprehension that we felt about buying a £3k diamond which was great as we knew very little about what made one stone a much better buy than another. When we looked at rings at a high st Jeweller, it was all about carat size as far as they were concerned!”

“I bought my wife's engagement ring from quality diamonds and was impressed by the large database the company has, which enables them to source diamonds worldwide. I was very specific with what characteristics I wanted and also wanted the diamond I bought to be GIA certified and using quality diamonds allows you to have this - they also have an excellent service to clean your diamond once a year - I definitely recommend the company to my friends and a few have bought engagement rings from here and been equally happy with their purchase”

“I was wary of using an internet service for an engagement ring purchase. But these guys are first class. They didnt have the stone I ordered, so they gave me a replacement which was bigger and better for the same money. Great quality of stone - had it valued independently and it was worth over 20% what I had paid for it”

“Quality Diamonds dealt with an insurance claim for me, after having sadly lost my wedding ring (which had originally been purchased through Quality Diamonds). Although my insurance company were originally intending to offer a replacement through an alternative supplier, the team at Quality Diamonds dealt with the matter in an exemplary way. The quality of their customer service matches the quality of their products.”

Having had diamond training myself, I knew what I was looking for, however their sales team ensure that you get what you are looking for and explain everything to ensure you are happy with what you choose. “We got our engagement ring made at Quality Diamonds. We were realiy impressed with their service and honest expert advice from the very beginning. We are very pleased with the ring as they got us a diamond of exceptional quality and they made our ring perfectly and exactly what we wanted. They were extremely helpful in making adjustments to make the ring perfect till we were happy with it. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and go back there to get our wedding ring soon.”

“I spent a good few months shopping for an engagement ring this year, and I must have visited at least 25 stores in London’s Hatton Garden district. To put it simply, Quality Diamonds were the best. Having decided that I didn’t want to pay a premium to cover the costs of a store’s flashy, designer, street-front location, I decided to look at the online retailers with backstreet offices. It’s here that you get the same product, but for about half the price – and that’s not an exaggeration. I know for a fact that certain stores in HG were selling rings with similar (if not worse) diamond specs than the one I purchased from QD, for more than double the price I paid. I’ll repeat that. Other stores were selling rings of the same material, and with worse stones, for twice the price. I know there’s already a lot of cynicism around the diamond industry, but as a first time buyer, when you’re confronted with this kind of evidence with your own eyes, it really jars. Thankfully, finding QD saved me a lot of hassle, and left me a lot better off than I might have been! The first diamond I requested to view from the QD website was unfortunately unavailable (they ship their stones in from abroad) but Paul (the Sales Director) very kindly offered me a free upgrade, to a better quality and higher priced stone, for the same price as the original. I then requested a further stone (in the higher price bracket), and he was more than happy to get that one in to view too. I visited their offices three times in the end, viewing different stones each time (which I highly recommend to a newbie like me), and they were helpful and not at all pushy. This, combined with the excellent price, was ultimately the reason I decided to purchase from them. The bottom line is that I would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking for a well-priced, beautiful engagement ring.”

“Very happy with Quality Diamonds, in particular Paul who helped me find the perfect diamond & setting for my fiance. Hatton Garden can be an intimidating and confusing place, with a hundred shops all of whom promise to make special deals, just for you, but where it is very hard to compare like-for-like between different shops. The reality is, the price differential between every shop when you get down to the 'bargain' price isn't that big - but given all the bartering and haggling you do, it's quite difficult to figure that out. Paul helped cut through all of that - he showed me a range of different diamonds, helping me understand how the different grades of colour, cut, clarity and size actually impacted the visual impression of a diamond when you see it up close. It's easy to get caught up in the difference between a VS2 and an SI1, or a D vs a G colour when you're browsing on the internet, but actually seeing things up-close made me realise exactly what mattered, and what didn't, and also pointed out a few things that I didn't know about even after hours of research on the internet. If you're spending some time looking for your ring, I suggest you give Quality Diamonds a try - you'll learn enough to make your decision much easier.”

“I and my friend made a diamond ring buying trip to London because we are worth it. We started our diamond tour from QD/Paul. Nice & professional, not pushy service was provided. Paul searched not the lowest price but the best looking (excellent cut&polish, eye clean etc.) reasonable priced diamonds for me, all in US. An ad hoc appointment in next day was arranged exactly when I wanted. A diamond was delivered from US, was set in Hatton Garden, paid with international bank transfer and delivered via FedEx. This all within 2 wks. Amazing. SHE, my diamond ring, is perfect! When visiting the local diamond stores the offering there is nothing (size, sparkling, fire) compared to my ring. The price for smaller and lower quality diamond is at least 2*higher. Definitely recommended. Next time when I am worth it I will revisit QD.”

“Very competitive prices. If you have been wandering up and down Hatton Garden shop fronts looking for diamond jewellery you will either save money or get more for your money at QD. Team are very friendly and helpful. Bought engagement ring and wedding rings which are all v impressive and were at prices other HG jewellers couldn't match!”
