“Having explored in great depth the way to purchase a good diamond for a reasonable cost (everything from weekends away in Antwerp, to hiring diamond 'guides') we finally settled with Quality Diamonds. We were convinced there was too much scope for being ripped off but our fears melted away when we saw the stone for ourselves. It was inscribed with almost invisible laser etching for identification to match the diamond with the certificate so we knew that we held in our hands what we had bought, and the option to view the diamond before fully committing the other 50% of the cost with a promise of a full refund if we weren't happy, gave us further assurances. The stone was beautiful and well priced. We would definitely go this route again in future.”

“After 18 years of marriage I decided that retrospectively I would like an engagement ring! It was with some trepidation that I placed an online order for a platinum band and a platinum solitaire ring, the order totalled just over £5000. I have to admit that I had a couple of sleepless nights purchasing said rings unseen, however I really needn't have worried, my rings arrived as due and I am absolutely delighted with them - such a sparkler! Thank you to Eric for guiding me through this process. I would definitely buy again from Quality Diamonds. For my own peace of mind I showed the ring to my local jeweller, who confirmed that it is a fine diamond and the solitaire ring alone would retail at between £6000 to £7000. “Quality Diamonds sourced a new diamond for a damaged engagement ring that has lost it's diamond and had the mount badly damaged. The new diamond is better than the original one, it's mounted beautifully and the ring, which was looking scratched and old, now looks like new again. The work was also turned around and delivered back to me at short notice before Christmas.”

“I wanted an engagement ring for my girlfriend. After hours of walking round shops and looking on-line, I decided that quality diamonds had all round better diamonds for a lot less money than high street stores. Which enabled me to get the dream diamond ring. I spoke to the staff several times, and they couldn't have been more professional and helpful. The diamond ring arrived by post with no problems. As soon as I opened the box, there it was, confirmation that I'd made the right choice. It was much more beautiful than the ones I'd looked at in the high street stores. All in all, I would recommend Quality Diamonds to anyone wanting that dream ring.”

“For the past 6 months I have been looking for the perfect ring. I roughly knew the color clarity and cart I was looking for, but every ring I seen on the high street was massively over budget. Until I stumbled across the quality diamonds website. I must admit to was a little apprehensive ordering a ring on the internet but when I designed a ring similar to the many high street quotes I had I could not believe their prices. I though surely there must be a catch. So I started reading the many reviews about quality diamonds and thought this many people can't be wrong. After several nights of comparing the vast selection of stones available on the qualitydiamonds site I decided to take the plunge and order one. When it arrived and I opened the the beautiful presentation box I could not have been happier. The ring is beautiful, much better colour and clarity than the ones I had been looking at and up to 35% cheaper too. I checked the Gia reference number against the Gia website needless to say the stone is legitimate. The whole experience has been fantastic, from the updates while the ring was being made to the presentation when it arrived. Hopefully my girlfriend will be as impressed as I am. For all you guys looking for a ring. Go to any decent jewellers and find a ring you like. Ask then to write down the color clarity cut and carat then go home and look for a similar or better stone on quality diamonds. You won't be disappointed!”

“Helpful courteous service that displayed a conscientious and responsible approach to the sale. Delivery was quicker than originally stated by a week and half. When the ring arrived it was delivered in a quality packaging and box. I am impressed with quality of the ring and the service overall. I would recommend quality diamonds to anyone I would question why anyone would pay high street prices when you can purchase a tailor made ring to your specific requirements for less. Shame on you if bypass quality diamonds and opt for high priced high street shops.”

“From the first chat on the internet, to the pick up of the amazing ring, it was all flawless. (including my new diamond lol) We are definitely going back for our wedding rings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linn and Quality Diamonds. “As much as I'd done my research before buying an engagement ring, the level of support offered when choosing the diamond was superb. Linn in the office was extremely patient and explained what each rating on the certificate meant to the actual diamond. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, which was a huge relief. When I got the size of the ring completely wrong it was fixed free and with very little fuss - they even sent it back to the factory as they weren't happy with the job done, so I was pleasantly surprised at the level of aftercare offered. My fiancee is delighted with the ring, and for a first-time diamond buyer I'd recommend Quality Diamonds.”

“I was a little reserved at buying online, but the website was nicely set out and they have a great selection of diamonds and settings to choose from. Once I had ordered the ring, the staff were very helpful and arranged a date to send the ring so I was in the house. I am extremely happy with the diamond and ring, and so is my now fiancé! I would not have any reservation ordering here again.”
