“I am a current client and enjoy using this company to one of my investment properties in Arlington. Overall, they are definitely a differentiator in the market in the level of service they provide. One downside is they don’t allow for much input from the owner of the property when it comes to repairs however they do keep you informed and will ask for approval for repairs over $500.”
“I have used other firms to rent out my rental home in Fairfax over the years and RentSimple are SUCH a refreshing change of pace to "business as usual". For starters, the placement fee for tenants is $595. When compared to others in the area that keep the entire first month's rent its a simple decision (pardon my pun). They also insure that your tenant will pay each month or they will pay you directly. Thankfully, we haven't had that come up (and don't expect to) but it's nice to know it's there. One warning is that you will need to spend money to get your home "rent-ready" as they put it, if its not already. For example, we had to replace our older dishwasher and update the painting on the main level to a light grey. I was hoping to let it slide a few more years but they insisted this be done to attract good tenants and get a higher rent. So far they have been right on all accounts.”

I was given the option to have a Zoom Call or just speak over the phone. They promised a lot and delivered on their promises. I found lots of useful information on their website which set the tone for my expectations with their service. I am also very confident that they have my long term investment in my rental property in Brambleton foremost in their decision making.”
“They manage my condo in Clarendon for me while and I am still new in the process with them but I was impressed by the initial quality of the listing and how they back it up with legit promises. My place rented really quickly and they did a 3D model to help market it. I think that was really what did it for me was amount the invested into doing that, it shows they are dedicated to just doing rentals, which i think is rare. I am glad I found them and am happy with everything thus far. Also, if you are price shopping they are considerably cheaper to find a tenant and maybe just a little more for monthly management, but they guarantee the rent will be paid by your tenant each month. I’m still in disbelief about how that works but I have verified several times with them and via the agreement I signed. I have used property management companies in the past and this simply doesn’t exist.”
