“Appalling customer service and total disregard for the inconvenience, cost and disappointment caused by their refusal to accept our right to reject a new van we purchased from them. The van (Hymercar Yosemite), a supposedly high end product, had water ingress issues from the start. Multiple failed attempts to rectify the problem and 9 months of cancelled plans later, we’re obliged to take legal action in order to have our consumer rights upheld. Absolutely disgraceful!”
