“We ordered a French trimmed rack of lamb and some merguez sausages online. Great customer service from the outset answering our questions and dealing with our specific requests. Meat delivered on time and nicely packed just before the bank holiday. The lamb was one of the best racks we have had (and we have eaten a lot from different butchers); tasty and succulent. Merguez sausages were all meat and a true taste of Morocco with spices and herbs and no overpowering chilli. Just be aware that you are buying a natural product and therefore the rack is subject to the size of the actual lamb at the time. If you are catering for a specific number, best to call and check that they have the relevant size in stock. We will be ordering from them again.”

“Excellent, traditional style, full flavoured Sausages and Bacon. Just like they used to taste and always should be. Forget the Supermarket mass produced stuff, go straight to source of the original and best value. Highly recommend that you give Salter & King a go, you'll be pleased you did !”

“What a great butchers! Ive ordered quite a few times and the quality of the meat is outstanding every time! 1st time i ever had an issue with the delivery service I called them and they were so polite and helpful. Everything was resolved with no issues!. I would recommend to anyone! Grass fed beef ribs are an absolute delight and for the price! WOW! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SALTER AND KING!!!!!!!”
