“I chose this coffee because it is organic and have used it almost daily for 3 years while taking a daily chemo pill. My doctor commented the other day how pleased he was that labs show no damage to my liver or kidney function. I used the Gerson method of boiling 5 minutes then 15 minute simmer then straining it before used. In 3 years the product arrives on time and has always been consistent in its smell, color and texture.
