“Was promised a quote on my home of $135,000. That was a verbal quote which was recorded as that's what you do. After going back and forth trying to communicate the offer, called one day and the 2 phone numbers were mysteriously no longer active called into corporate offices getting the run around there until I spoke with, Kelly Carlson who found the voice recordings then she sent me to Craig Rashnow the " Senior Vice President" of Swift Homes that told me he would look into it. A full day later he told me there was nothing he could do about. Now I know why the two companies they told to call me had had more than one problem with Swift Homes. Wondering if any cares any more about but veterans who are disabled. Poor service and lack of knowledge what their employees have been promising”
