“The major issue was that the shorts were not the sizing as advertised on there website, around 6" shorter than stated. This was extremely frustrating and I couldn't use them as intended.
I was pleased with the delivery speed and the personalisation on the boxing shorts — both were spot on.
After a fair few emails back and forth — including an initial denial from the seller claiming the sizing was correct — I was eventually offered an initial refund of just £4.50 on an order that cost total £115. After continued correspondence, they finally agreed to refund £33.75. While this was better, it still leaves me significantly out of pocket for a product that was essentially missold.
Very disappointing experience overall.
Just to reiterate, while the customisation and delivery were fine, the sizing error and the way the issue was handled left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't feel confident ordering again.”

In the first instance we want to acknowledge there was an issue with the length of the shorts which we admitted. Upon this discovery our team offered to send a returns label for you to return the shorts back to us, for either a full refund or a remake with the correct length as stated on the website. Your emails quoted that you couldn't make it to the post office and wanted a partial refund which we originally offered 10% off your total order value, and then a future 25% you wanted 75% off and a value of £33.75 which we agreed to and you where more than happy with.
Given our team offered you a full refund, remake and also the discount you wanted, we feel our team came to a quick and easy resolution.
