“Order arrived in good time and as per my instructions but was very grubby. SW did offer to replace but I didn't have sufficent time to wait for a replacement as they were for a show. Good customer service, disappointed slightky with the product and would have preferred compensation over repalcement.”

Le commande est bien arrivée et je vous en remercie.
Seulement une petite déception cependant sur le short féminin taille S car après avoir échangé avec vous il m'avait été dit qu'il était possible de mettre le logo transmis sur la ceinture et de vous le préciser à la commande avec le numéro de commande. Je devais juste le mettre sur le devant de la jambe et vous le préciser.
Malheureusement cela n'a pas été fait.
Il est vrai que qu'après une dizaine de commande chez vous c'est la première fois qu'il y a une erreur. Les délais étant cours d'ici le 10 mai j'imagine qu'une modification n'est pas envisageable ?

Our website cleary shows interational billing charges, when your delivery address is entered. You can cancel the order at any point up until entering your payment details and confirming.
Duties and Import Taxes are the customers responsibilty and this is noted at checkout that this will be payable by reciever.
I am very sorry you feel this was but our charge is only for the delivery of which we use DHL the best most efficent carrier in the world to get your item to you stress free and on time.
