Hi Kevin, We are sorry for the issue that you had. Unfortunately, this was a packaging error by the manufacturer, SKB in the USA, who put the wrong latch in the box. The correct one was shipped yesterday so should reach you very soon, likely tomorrow. Again apologies, this was out of our control. But glad we have rectified it for you. Kind regards, The Case Shop

“Peli 1495 Laptop Case - Case with foam. Exactly as advertised, solid piece of kit. Extra space means I can fit my laptop, more than one if needed, and lots of other peripherals, all kept from sliding around by the versatile foam inserts. Super fast delivery, very impressed. Would highly recommend.”
