Was originally quoted £280 for 1.2mm roofing rubber, but was a little hesitant incase it had additives/ chemicals so decided just to get the dedicated pond EPDM for £330. Money well spent though. Tough and durable, used old liner to reinforce places where large rocks placed. But tough and resistant / durable. 3 weeks later it's just starting to get the biofilm coating and looks a lot more natural than just black. Will use again if I ever need another.”
“Fast and easy process. I was unhappy with thr large seam in liner. Was in a hurry to finish a job so used rather than sending back. It's right in the middle of pond making the things sat on it rock. I should have been asked if I wanted a join as I paid for one piece and not two joined together.. not happy at all..”
“I shopped around for quite a long time and in the end went for the best price I could find for the best quality pond liner and underlay I could find. In this regard the Pond People really delivered. The liner was 5.5m X 6m, ordered on saturday afternoon, delivered tuesday afternoon and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, which was good because the liner half of the package was hefty, but once unwrapped the weight was understandable. Both the liner and the underlay are thick and very good quality, whch became even more evident as I laid them both, by myself within a couple of not too hard hours. A great product and great service. Highly recomended.”
“5 star review for excellent service. Needed new pond liner. Had a couple of queries before placing order, which were answered promptly. Ordered pond liner plus underlay which were delivered next day as stated, well wrapped. Sadly due to extreme weather temperature put plans to redo pond liner and underlay on hold as to not put further stress on fish. Pond liner and underlay still in packaging as safer to leave wrapped up at the moment so as not to damage it. Hoping both will be fine when finally get around to it.”
