Tuffnels Stole My Parcel Tuffnels uploaded a photo from driver "Stuart Neil" in the Aberdeenshire area of the parcels lent against a wall, claiming delivery has been completed.

Dont have my parcel, the "proof of delivery" photo is not my house and is nowhere to be seen. Im 5 months pregnant and walking around all my neighbours houses asking if they have my parcel has been a nightmare. There is no way of contacting them as all emails and numbers on their website are fake, what is going on here!!??

failed to collect for 4 days and then failed to deliver i know its not guaranteed next day but I'd at least expect within a month all told 15 days form booking to delivery did it via interparcel well it'll be the last time they get used, Worst service I've had in over 25 years in using couriers no contact number and no customer care from tuffnells or interparcel Save yourself the grief and use someone else!!!!!

Tracking GB2185159306 I booked a large parcel collection on 5th June It still hasn’t been delivered I have constantly telephoned and emailed I am fobbed off with WE ARE LOOKING INTO IT The parcel is £350 and I cannot get my money back until it’s delivered and there is a months returns policy. I can’t afford to loose that money can anyone help or suggest anything thanks

Rubbish tracking Damaged goods Missing parcels Supplier sent replacements and they didn't arrive when scheduled. Job now stood waiting for alternative from a different supplier whilst I have to fight for a refund. Won't use any supplier who delivers via Tuffnells or any of the Shift group

Was advised by company that if bikes had not been collected after 14 days I would get a refund.

I was then promised a collection the following week and again stayed in all day and again the driver ran out of time! Because I was returning goods and had a short window for refund I had to cancel the collection and pay a lot more for next day collection from UPS.

Difficult address to find as it was a field entrance with a fencing delivery. The driver rang for directions and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great service! Thank you!

exellent service I missed the first delivery so called the sheffield branch and was able to get the driver to return the same day and was only 30mins after I called te delivery driver was excellent thank you brill service
