“The info was pretty much correct, except it says that I have no bedrooms and no baths which is wrong. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. The a/c unit is a package unit with gas heat and electric a/c. The roof is metal.”
“I have made several improvements to my property including brand new roof with 30 year shingles. New siding, new gutters (leaf filter) and replaced all windows (23) updated double pane. I did not notify county of improvements. Also do not have in ground pool. It’s now a garden. But that’s ok. You did a fantastic job with what you had.”
