“Absolutely amazing service. I needed my case next day. Not only were they the only company on the UK to offer the next day service it was the cheapest also. Parcel arrived early the next day and my case is perfect. I am so pleased with my purchase and couldn’t recommend their customer service enough! Thank you”

“Case very good,but packed very badly,box very weak,broken open at top,much too feeble for loose case inside,sticky tape insufficient ,case could be seen inside,could have easily been stolen ,although case undamaged ,please pack much more securely in future.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately for the case you ordered (Max Case MAX380H115) the manufacturer doesn't ship these to us in individual cardboard boxes, so we have to choose the closest cardboard box size that we can. We are glad to hear the case arrived undamaged however and we'll see what other options are available to us for packaging in the future to improve the delivery experience for other customers.
