“I don't have a problem with WBC but I do have a problem with the carrier you use (DPD). My order was dispatched in 3 parcels which DPD delivered separately requiring someone to be in to take delivery. Each time we were told of the delivery time and despite waiting in we received 'sorry we missed you' when the driver had not even been to our address. This happened on each of the three deliveries. Paying £9.95 for a delivery which caused so much trouble seems unfair. Maybe WBC should review their shipping methods”

“Been waiting over a week now for my Christmas packaging been speaking to management and they've not been willing to put it right wer not even in the middle of December Beware about next day deliveries On the website now been waiting seven days”
