But my lawyer advise to go with webwed because of his research and he spoke to the owner who is an lawyers . It’s clear that most of the negative comments are not true or sm competitor. Now we did have a rocky start and customers could be better . I ask if I come in the office and they said yes . We got married we did not go through utah . - we went through alabama such an easy process.”

I was hesitant but glad I didn’t listen to people in groups not knowing what they whete talking about . We did not go through utah . Webwed had several options and they made the process simple .”
“Yes, they do deliver what they offer, but not without stress and a ridiculous mark up for their “service”.
Customer service was very difficult. Communication was poor and almost not existent before you pay over 1000 USD for an international couple marriage package. When they do communicate with you, it’s abrupt and they kept referring to the fact that they have “business hours” - even via e-mail. A company offering services to international clients should expect and be okay with receiving emails outside of their business hours due to time zone differences. Sure, reply during your business hours if you must - but don’t be short because of this.
The pricing is also crazy! Had I known it was possible to request an online video conference marriage ceremony through the Utah County directly (for 35 USD instead of 899 USD, which is the Webwed price) - there is no way I would have used their services. Similarly, an apostille is 30 USD direct compared to 425 USD through Webwed. My advice would be to try do it directly through the state website and only if you run into issues/red tape, use this service.”
“She probably won’t even post or say anything about it. Another company took our money and they where not legally able to marry us. We contacted webwed and I was desperate to get across the border Canada. But I just could not afford . JC said don’t worry about it lets get it done. We where able to get married in Massachusetts and jc didn’t charge , she said it wasn’t about the money . So glad I didn’t listen to people in groups. Because when they looked at my documents and saw JC married us we had no issues . I get to be with my family because of her . Not many people say this but thanks .
