If you order from Amazon etc...Better to contact the seller before ordering and make sure they aren't using XDP if you're a seller better to avoid This dishonest unprofessional company, otherwise you will ruin your shop's reputation. I will avoid buying if the seller using this company. This shameless company said lie without hesitation, Oh...Yes, driver can't find your address but they uploaded photo other side of the road of my address driver bother to cross the road. XDP stands for Xtreamely Disgusting People!!!

Order a package from eBay set up a booking date and says booked in but the goes to Exception on the app I’ve been waiting since the 28th of this package as I booked it in originally I tried it for 2nd of May did the same thing

ordered a mattress,received message next day to say it was In their hands. 2 days later got message with a 2 hour delivery slot. App couldn't download as it was too old for my brand new phone. Email tracking link was just as useless. Delivery eventually came at 9pm,SIX HOURS LATE and with mud on the packaging. When questioned,rude driver said we've been busy,call customer service. Just so happens its one of those premium numbers. Dreadful, dreadful service. Why would any company of repute want to associate themselves with these cowboys. AVOID!!

Why any supplier would risk their reputation by using this company is beyond me.XDP collected my order from the supplier on 30th March since then they have no idea what they have done with it! No updates & it is not possible to speak to anyone from the company.Only information I have had has come via supplier. It is now14.30 on 4/4/22 & I still don't know where my goods are For your own sanity avoid suppliers that use these couriers.

Dealt with company through Wayfair and is now one of the main reasons we will never order from company ever again. 3 times we had a bed redivided to us and this company refused to bring it up one flight of stairs stating we don’t do that and it’s a 2 man job. We had other deliveries deliver from Wayfair which brought item straight up and into property with no issues. The item when loaded onto XDP vehicle must of known it requires 2 persons to deliver so why the issues on delivery all of which have been logged as complaints to Wayfair. We had on one of the occasions abusive language used and a manner which was alarming from the delivery man. Will avoid any company that use XDP in the future unprofessional and don’t want to deliver goods in damaged and to the property???? Our bed was thrown down outside the close and was damaged as driver refused to deliver saying 2 man job and he doesn’t go up stairs ?

My package has been sat in the local depot for 2 days with no movement, the only way to contact them is through a 084 number that cost a fortune or message. Left a message but no contact what an absolutely shambles of a company.

The most shocking experience of any courier company !! Fraudulent email updates , lies the most unprofessional business that I have ever experienced . HOF order and how / why they would allow this level of service is crazy . Cowboys and clearly don’t understand what customer service / customer relationships are .

Dreadful! Ordered furniture from Big Furniture Warehouse 5 August 2022. Arrived at XDP depot 6/8. Used tracking app. 11/8 delivery scheduled pm. Never arrived. Email received 'Service fail notification. 12/8 back at depot. 15/8 still at depot. Contacted BFW they said their XDP tracker stated out for delivery 15/8. Doesn't show on my tracker. Today 16/8 my tracker still shows 15/8 08:45:38 Items at depot. Trading standards next option I feel!

Really bad company and i thought hermes/evri was bad this company takes the gold medal everytime ordered a lazy spa through b&m online first couple of days there was updates until it got into there local depot was assigned to a route twice in 11 days had enough as there own customer services could not help they said contact the shipper after a few more day's nothing was happening cancelled the order got money back a few hour's later xdp told b&m customer services the lazy spa was lost in depot big heavy box to go missing but to the person who is enjoying the spa in your back garden in the lovely weather have a cold beer for us

Zero star. They dont respond. They dont show up. Three delivery slots all no shows. Then they show up when they feel like it. Then email you at 7pm after the horse has bolted. Avoid. Travel and collect the item yourself. If you like stress and headaches and time you will never get back then this company is for you.

Utterly terrible. I give up, they are shockingly poor. Update and delivery notifications are pure fiction day to day it'll change and no sign of delivery. No way to contact xdp as they only talk to the company/seller. So poor it hurts.

Worst courier service EVER. Driver turned up one hour outside of time on their supposedly “live” tracking. Obnoxious driver and ZERO customer service from the company. AVOID THIS COWBOY OUTFIT !!!

Had arranged for a Sunday delivery, as they had given me the choice. I waited and no delivery Sunday. Monday next day turned up and when I asked what happened with the Sunday delivery. I received verbal abuse in my own home. The man who delivered was abusive and threatening so much I nearly called the police. I paid for any room delivery and again was angry that he had to bring it upstairs. The young lady tried her best. Never ever use this company.

Absolutely shocking!!! 1 star is being generous My order from Wayfair has been sat in the XDP depot since the 14/4. They attempted to deliver on the 28th after a nudge from Wayfair . I did not receive any notifications as advised by them and Wayfair and no updates on the tracking app. Consequently missed the the delivery . Left a card asking me to contact them to rearrange delivery. The contact telephone number and email on their system is a premium number!!! After several telephone calls to Wayfair they have advised me that the parcel should be with me this week and that the app has been updated … no updates!! Surprise surprise no delivery ! Now I’ve been told early next week I will definitely be contacting trading standards !

Had a minor issue and was dealt with by Michelle? She was rude and unhelpful - when I asked by she wouldn’t help me in a better manner she hung up the phone- I called back and she actually said “she wasn’t paid enough to deal with this crap” I was so shocked! Someone else came on the phone sorted my issue in minutes with a really nice manner. Company is good but clearly underlying issues with staff

Recently ordered garden sofa from Aldi online. Found out XDP were delivering, at that point I realised our order wouldn’t be coming as XDP did the same thing with an eBay order. They don’t deliver and lie about attempting to deliver.

Only putting 1 star because you have to… absolutely AWFUL service. I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set, the reason I ordered online was because I could not carry it! Almost 80kg of stuff, and I’m a small woman. Delivery driver called to say he was outside and to come get my packages, I explained there’s a lift in the flat and I will let him in, he then told me he cannot because it’s all a 2 man job (why you would turn up ALONE to a 2 man job is beyond me) and I said that if he isn’t willing to unload it and bring it up alone then how can he expect me to do the same? And he said “either come and get your parcels or I’ll take them back I don’t care”!!!! Absolutely disgusting service, rude drivers, disgusting company. Will avoid ALL sellers who use this company and I advise everyone does the same!
